Returns are handled by mail. A return label is provided free of charge.
Customers will not be charged any restocking fees.

Please do not send packages to the shipping label address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

SECTION 21 – ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Requests within this timeframe are free of charge.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Orders already in processing cannot be modified.
