Order Processing

Payment Verification
All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully accepted and verified.

Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays, including: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers used include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and logistics availability.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time depends on your location. Once your order is in transit, delivery delays caused by carriers are outside our control. Typically, orders shipped within the continental United States arrive within a
total delivery time of 5–11 business days.

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

External delays such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or peak shipping periods may occur after shipment and are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been processed (typically within 1–2 business days), you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If tracking information is not immediately available, this means the carrier has not yet processed the parcel.
Tracking updates will appear once the package is scanned.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Live Sportsday is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
In some cases, returned orders may be sent back to our shipping partner’s warehouse and may be subject to disposal if not claimed.

Forwarding or Redirection
If you request your package to be forwarded or redirected after shipment, Live Sportsday is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.

Special Orders & Customization

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on complexity.
Any significant extensions beyond standard processing time will be communicated by our support team.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands
APO/FPO addresses
International destinations outside the Continental United States
