Q1: How long do I have to return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days from the delivery date, orders are considered final, and we will no longer issue refunds or accept returns.

The policy covers both defective and non-defective items. An item is eligible for return if it meets the following criteria:

  • It arrived damaged or broken.

  • The product received differs significantly in design, size, or material from what was ordered.

  • You received an incorrect item.

Q3: When will my return be rejected?

Returns will not be accepted under these conditions:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items where the defect is not attributable to an oversight by Live Sportsday.

  • Items missing their original tags.

  • Items with minor, easily fixable thread issues that do not affect overall quality or usability.

Q4: What condition must the item be in when returned?

All returned items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with all original tags and packaging fully intact.


PART II: CANCELLATIONS AND FEES
Q5: Can I cancel my order?
  • Free Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 4 hours of placement.

  • Post-Window Status: After 4 hours, your order may have entered the processing stage, and cancellation might not be possible.

  • Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is requested and possible after the 4-hour window but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied to cover processing costs.

Q6: How do I request an order cancellation?

PART III: THE REFUND CLAIM PROCESS
Q7: What are the steps to initiate a return and claim a refund?

    • Your Order Number.

    • Proof of Purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

Q8: Who pays for the return shipping?
  • Store Fault (Free Return): If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Live Sportsday will fully cover the cost of return shipping (via prepaid label or reimbursement).

  • Customer Responsibility (Non-Eligible Returns): If the return request does not meet eligibility conditions, the customer will be notified of applicable return shipping costs and is responsible for covering the return shipping fee if they still wish to proceed.

Q9: What happens when I ship the return?
  • Package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and sharing the tracking number with us.

  • Liability Notice: Live Sportsday is not liable for damages or losses that occur during the return shipping process.


PART IV: REFUND TIMELINE

  1. Inspection & Notification: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund within 2–3 business days of receiving the return.

  2. Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed by Live Sportsday within 2–5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

  3. Bank Time: Please allow an additional 10–15 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
